To support efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, our offices remain closed to the public. In order to keep our clients and staff safe and well, we have also taken the decision to postpone any planned training, workshops, (face to face) meetings and interviews. Our team will continue to support our community and can be contacted by phone at the main office 071 9141138 or by email at Where possible, staff are working remotely and can be contacted through email or work mobile as applicable. We hope all our clients, colleagues and friends stay well and that we can all as a community pull together to lessen the impact of COVID-19.

Appointment of New Directors to SLPC
Sligo LEADER Partnership Company are pleased to announce a number of new directors to the board; Auriel Robinson (Environmental Pillar), Maura Kerins (South East Sligo), Finbarr Filan (Sligo town), Tom Tuffy (West Sligo), Barry Gallagher (South West Sligo), Francis Taaffe (East Sligo), Declan Bruen (North Sligo) and John Moran will be representing Sligo County Council.
The new directors will be joined by existing directors of the board, Cllr. Thomas Healy, Cllr. Donal Gilroy, Amada McCloat, Janette Gillen, Paul Tolan, Noreen Cremin, Ciaran Kerins, Joan Mullen, Fintan Kennedy (Chairperson) and Seamus McCormack (Secretary).
‘We are delighted to welcome our new directors to the board, and we also want to acknowledge the tremendous contribution of the outgoing directors who were instrumental in the initiation and development of so much positive work in communities throughout Sligo over the last number of years,’ said Fintan Kennedy, Chairperson of SLPC.

Calling all musicians, singers, poets and story-tellers...

We are looking for musicians, singers and anyone who would be interested in contributing on a weekly basis. We would also welcome any local schools who would like to provide stories, letters or poems. Please email or call (071)9141138. 
Innovating our Communities with Icecream
A major training programme aimed at enhancing innovation and creativity among Sligo communities has just been launched – and it is set to bring exciting benefits to local towns and villages. The Innovating Communities – designing our future Programme (ICP) will focus on teaching participants skills that will help solve problems that occur in local communities. One-hundred and fifty Sligo people are set to participate in the programme. “The programme will equip people with new skills and tools to respond to issues in their communities” said Fintan Kennedy, Chairman of Sligo LEADER Partnership Company.
